Dear Ken, Julie, Mark and Jessica,
We love our new home! We are very impressed with the quality and workmanship, attention to detail, and the professionalism of everyone we worked with. We are very happy we selected you to build our home.
Thank you so much for building us our beautiful dream home. We love it!!! It has been a pleasure working with everyone and the process was smooth and fast!
More than one person warned us of the numerous hurdles we would encounter building a new home. Fortunately for us, the bumps were small and short-lived. We have the entire SeBern team to thank for this experience.
Dear SeBern Homes,
Ken, Julie and Eric, you were always there when needed, helping us make the right decisions. The entire process from designing to construction and finishing not only met our expectations but rather exceeded them. We can’t thank you enough for the countless hours you have spent with us either on the phone or at the site even after normal business hours. Your professionalism, dedication to quality and commitment to excellence speaks for itself just by looking at the beautiful home you have created for us.
Reflecting back on the entire process of choosing and trusting SeBern to build our home, we could not be more pleased. I am certain that you experience this level of customer satisfaction often and are not at all surprised, but I still wanted to take the time to write this letter in gratitude for all of the personal attention and commitment you and your team have given us…Sometimes I even question in the back of my mind if you cared MORE than we did…The hallmark of SeBern Homes is attention to detail. We have received many compliments on our elegant foyer and staircase, extensive millwork, vaulted ceilings, custom fireplace and spacious master bathroom.
From start to finish, we received the best customer service, expert advice and, most important, on-time delivery of our home (actually two weeks ahead of schedule). Family, friends and even complete strangers driving by often compliment us on our home. This is definitely a reflection on you and your quality work.
We recently completed the construction of our third custom home in the last six years. We can honestly say that this last experience (with SeBern) was the best. It has been our opinion that building a house requires a true partnership with your builder, which means trust, open communications and commitment to excellence. SeBern Homes exemplifies all of these traits.
It has been a pleasure working with everyone and the process was smooth and fast.
Dear Ken and Crew,
Your quality and value is second to none in the Fox Valley…Building a home of SeBern caliber is one of the most important investments we can make in our lifetime, and you made it an easy venture. Thanks again.
If all builders gave the same attention to customer service that you have demonstrated, then I would always build a new one.
When we first saw the “Juliette” model, we knew right then and there that we had found our builder. What impressed us most was the attention to detail and the interior trim work…It was a wonderful experience and for the money, we weren’t able to find anyone else who could provide the type of quality and craftsmanship that SeBern provided us.
This was not our first custom home, but it certainly was the most enjoyable and smoothest building process we had experienced. The team at SeBern Homes is such a pleasant, efficient and dependable group of people to work with.
Dear Julie and Ken,
We truly love the house and appreciate all your efforts in getting us in by October 2. Thank you for your kindness and helpfulness. It is a privilege to live in a SeBern home.
Dear Ken and Julie,
Your attention to detail, quality and timeliness are your greatest assets. Not to mention your designs and open floor plans are incredible! I have already given your name to numerous friends and acquaintances.
The day after I moved into my new home, I forgot how to use the alarm system. Ken drove to my house and re-explained the alarm set-up procedure, and waited until I showed him that I could properly set the alarm. Incidentally, this was done on the morning of Thanksgiving.
